Great Gatsby
Who says you can't wear brogues to a wedding? This client had a "Gatsby" themed wedding. Then (those days), spectators and chunky low pumps, dancing shoes, and d'orsays were pretty much the thing. That all kind of sounds a bit boring to me. So, I came up with this. There you go ladies...:) Now you have yourself a pair of brogue-inspired heels. Happy feet!:) Of course anything is possible (if you have me design your shoes that is) ;) Ciao!:)
The Tangled Web We Weave
I call these pumps "Kiss of the Spiderwoman". A few months back, these pumps were seen on the runway during a Prive show for my Spring/Summer 2012 collection. The runway version had a wired web and a gold spider (as you will see on Tiffany Gong's blog www.sixsixsick.blogspot.com). I edited the runway pair to make a more wearable version and this is what it's going to look like... Tadah!😊 The final shoe will still have the spider of course😉 Now, before I say tata, I would like to specially thank one of my favourite bloggers who has also become a friend, Tiffany Gong of www.sixsixsick.blogspot.com, for writing about my shoe designs❤ Do visit sixsixsick... Wow it's been AGES since my last post! It's been a while yes and I actually never said goodbye. Thinking of switching blogs but not quite sure yet... Let's see. 150 days of summer
How to be cozy this summer: Borrow your boyfriend's or your dad's or your brother's shirt...
Ideally, at summer, flip flops would be the preferred choice of footwear. BUT, i prefer to wear brogues.
It's oh so hot hot hot... I think I will be experiencing 150 days of summer this year (or more)...
